Rohan Morris is the Artistic Director of Workspace 3496.

Rohan has worked across multiple industries including not-for-profit, community, corporate, arts, events, education, and health.

Motivated by desire, community and sustainability, Rohan is constantly working to generate leading ideas and outcomes along with a vibrant vision for a sustainable industry as a respected leader of creative teams, organisations, and community. 

Born in Mildura, Rohan after completing VCE at Red Cliffs Secondary College, he went on to study Graphic Design and then a Bachelor of Visual Arts with Honours. 

After working in Sydney, Rohan decided to bring his business Rdot Consultants, back to his hometown and re-establish himself in the local community and arts industry as a practicing artist.

Workspace 3496 was founded in early 2022 and established to showcase local and emerging artists while fostering creatives to run workshops to establish their practice. 

It’s a platform to learn, teach, share, and enrich our local community.

Mikaela Stafrace is the founder of WomenCAN Australia. 

Since 2019, WomenCAN Australia has been assist women to become employment capable by connecting peer supported communities of women, with vocational training and onto employment.

It has two programs – a social enterprise called WomenCAN Facilities Services and a peer supported vocational; training pathway that leads to a job. 

Mikaela has spent many years in corporate settings and has served as a company director on government boards & industry associations. 

The model Mikaela has devised was evaluated by Victoria University. The facilities services business engages qualified tradeswomen, gardeners and cleaners to provide services to the homes of women especially those living in crisis accommodation. 

WomenCAN has 27 women on its register servicing 14 clients. 

In 2020, Mikaela was awarded a Myer Innovation Fellowship to continue her work and in 2021 was made an AMP Tomorrow Maker.
